Saturday mornings are looking fantastic at Ipswich Futsal this season!
Friendlies have already kicked off for our U6/7 comp. We’re already up to 8 teams, but we’re eager to have plenty more!
Due to popular demand for our U8/9 age group, we are now offering a separate U8/9 comp on Saturday mornings! This will kick off with a friendly round Saturday October 1.
If you get your team nomination in at least 7 days before the next round, we will include you in the following week’s draw if your team is available to play.
Assemble your squad and get in quick before the season proper starts Saturday October 8!
Cost
There will be a $90 registration fee (per player) that covers the player for 12 months, payable while registering online, or at the canteen via cash or EFTPOS. There will also be a $10 match fee (per player).
For U8/9 teams playing both on Thursday night and Saturday morning, there will be a $10 match fee for the Thursday game and a $5 match fee for the Saturday game.
Game Times
Currently games will start from 9am onwards, but if there’s an influx of teams, we will likely start games earlier (e.g. 8:30am).
You’ll be able to see the game time for each week on the draw via the GameDay app (recommended) or via www.ipswichfutsal.com.au/draw.
We recommend the GameDay app because any changes to the draw appear reliably and instantaneously. And also because team logos appear within the app!
Required Equipment
All players will need to wear shinpads (no pads no play) and non-marking shoes. Futsal/indoor soccer shoes are preferred, but a pair of joggers will be ok too.
