Costs
All costs are on a per player basis
- FQ Rego Fee (DOB 2006 or younger): $37.50, paid on Squadi
- FQ Rego Fee (DOB 2005 or older): $42.50, paid on Squadi
- Match fee: $12 per game, paid on match days at the canteen
In cases of financial hardship, please contact us via info@ipswichfutsal.com.au or speak to us on match day at the canteen. We may be able to make alternative arrangements for payment of fees.
For eligible players aged 17 years and under, we accept Queensland Fair Play vouchers to help cover the cost of registration fees & match fees.

Important Season Dates
Nominate your team by Friday April 5 to be included in the initial grading games draw. In weeks after, nominate by Friday to be included in following week’s draw.

Players Without A Team
Players looking for a team are to complete the individual player nomination form. We will contact you about potential team placement after the nomination form is submitted. After we have placed you into a team, make sure to register on Squadi before your first game.
Before the first week of fixtures, we will attempt to place all individual players either in teams with openings or in a team of other individuals. Afterwards, individual players will either be placed into teams with openings or put onto a waitlist.

Forfeit Penalty
This season, teams that forfeit will be charged double the following week (i.e. $24 per player) if:
- They give less than 1 week’s notice, and
- None of their players show up for the game.
If at least one team member shows up to play, the team will avoid paying double the following week. We can arrange for fill ins to make up the numbers.
Please note that if only 1 or 2 team members show up, the game will still be recorded as a forfeit. However as stated above, the team would avoid financial penalty.
Shirt Numbers
Shirt numbers are not compulsory, however only goals scored by non-fill-in players with numbered shirts will be counted towards each division’s golden boot award.
